During this 40 Days of Prayer (leading up to having our Teaching Services every Sunday on Oct 13th!), we are praying fervently together. God longs to respond to our prayers! Please use the prompts below to guide your prayers each day. Take a few minutes to contemplate the Scripture and then pray from your heart. Continue to focus on the Lord and pray throughout the day. If you are just joining us, then jump in!
We are also challenging Everyday participants to fast one day each week during this season of prayer (and perhaps participate in a longer fast with us on the final week). You can read some more information about fasting here: Fast. Will you fast this week? On which day?
Thank you for praying with us! It will be exciting to see how God responds.
We love what happens on Sundays, but let’s be the church everyday.
What: Pick Apples! (and laugh and make friends and eat apple cider donuts and dance to corny music…)
When: Oct 19th, 9a-5p
Where: Maskers Orchard (here).
Why: Are you kidding? It’s fun.
Cost: Nothing. Unless you want to buy apples, then that costs something. But you can walk around and stuff yourself for free. We’ll be there all day, so you can either pack a lunch or bring money for that (they have hotdogs and stuff like that for sale).
Sign up: With your Everyday Group. Each group is arranging it’s own transportation this year.
What if I’m not in a group? If you aren’t yet in a group, then you can contact any of the group leaders directly (Everyday Groups) or contact us: Contact Us.
With Week 4, we are now into the second half of our 40 Days of Prayer (leading up to having our Teaching Services every Sunday on Oct 13th!). Now is the time reapply yourself.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9
