This is a required course as part of our leadership development plan. Come laugh, make some friends, and learn these valuable skills. October 25th is an important date. Mark it on your calendar and pray for the start of the Everyday Adventure Group!
Many of us long to encounter God in nature, in his creation. But we’re surrounded by buildings and roads and screens. Sometimes those things are beautiful, sometimes not. In the city we can miss the simple beauty of nature. In Genesis 1, “God looked over all he had made, and he saw that it was very good”! And he immediately gave that beauty to us to care for and enjoy.
Please pray for the Everyday Adventure Group. Pray we truly help people connect with one another and with God through the beauty of nature. Pray that the next few months give birth to a thriving group, and that the leaders of the Everyday Adventure Group would be full of energy and passion and love.

There are a bunch of kids coming on Sundays! We’ve planned a mandatory meeting for Everyday Kidz Volunteers to hear how our ministry is changing to adjust to this exciting growth. This ministry isn’t possible without you, so I want to spoil you a bit with a home-cooked meal and lots of desserts. Mark your calendars for the Everyday Kidz Volunteer Fall Meeting.

This week, let us pray for our Everyday Group. Groups are where we love and serve one another deeply. It’s also the place where we’re able to love and serve others. Would you please pray this prayer right now?
“Our Father please protect, grow, and empower the Everyday _________ Group. Remind us to love and pray for one another. Show us how we may serve one another and others.”
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. – Hebrews 10:24-25
