Family Prayer BrunchGod calls us all to be devoted to prayer.  As parents, part of our job of raising our kids is to teach them to be devoted as well. But sometimes praying with our children can be challenging. At the Family Prayer Brunch, we will provide some activities for kids of all ages, from babies to teenagers, to help get us praying together as families.

TestingGod_TitleAccording to Chris Travis, “In Testing God, we’re going to look at a very strange passage of Scripture that has surprising implications for us today. I also plan to give a straightforward update about where we’re at in the development of this new church.

“Every participant of Everyday Church will want to be sure to hear this message– our future health and impact depends on how we respond to it. If you’re considering making Everyday your church home, this will be an opportunity for you to sort of listen in on a ‘family meeting’– it should give you a lot of insight into who we are and what we value.”

Leadership DevelopmentOur focus in 2014 is on Leadership Development. Our staff has been hard at work refining our plan to develop leaders, and we’ve been asking God to create a culture at Everyday Church in which each “everyday person” reaches his or her God-given potential.

Please join me in praying: “Jesus, you taught us to pray Our Father would raise up workers to go into the harvest field. We pray that now! Holy Spirit, please work powerfully in our church. Raise people up. Prompt people to pursue you, to learn, to grow, and to take responsibility for leading others into life-changing relationships. We pray in Jesus’ Name. Amen.”
