Prayer: A conversation with God.

It seems simple enough. However in reality we find it hard to slow down and quiet our scattered, distracted selves enough to find the time each day to connect with God in this powerful and life-changing way. But we are not alone. When Jesus’ disciples watched him spend time in prayer, they saw something they wanted for themselves. So they asked Jesus, “Teach us to pray.” (Luke 11:1)

In our new teaching series, we will not only study what the Bible has to say about prayer, we will also teach skills to help each of us get better at speaking and listening to God in prayer. Along with focusing on how to pray, we will devote time to pray together as a church.
