Jesus said: “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Luke 10:2

We think God does some of his best work through everyday people, and so participation is one of our greatest values. We strive to develop servant leaders, and along the way have assembled a cluster of experiences (books, courses, spiritual disciplines, etc.), that God has used to raise people up into leadership with Everyday Church.

Below you’ll find the document in which we’ve collected and organized how we help people reach their leadership potential. These are things that get worked out within the context of a coaching relationship within one of our Everyday Groups or Ministry Teams. If you’ve stumbled upon this page on your own somehow, then there might be some things that are unclear. If you are interested in being developed as a leader, then you are an answer to our prayers! The first step is to get involved. Fully engage an Everyday Group or a Ministry Team, and let the Leadership Team know of your interest.
