We’re turning 5!

5years2

Everyday Church is turning 5! We’re going to celebrate what God has done through us and dream about the future. We’ll laugh and pray and hear from a variety of Everyday people. There might even be cake! We want to invite everyone who’s ever been a part of Everyday to join us for this special day. Be sure to reach out to friends, current and former Everyday participants, and spread the word!

See you Sunday, October 18th at 11am at 4862 Broadway.

Medieval Festival Diaper Changing Station

Medieval Festival 2011-5Every year at the Medieval Festival that meets in Ft. Tryon Park, there are loads of mommas with babies that have some diapers that need to be changed. That’s why the Mom’s Refreshment group sponsors a Diaper Changing Station! This year the festival is on Sunday, October 4th. We’re looking for ladies who would be willing to borrow one of the lovely medieval costumes provided by the festival and give an hour of your afternoon to help some mommas out. You will get to host with somebody else too, which means some talking with another adult! So let Wendy know if you are interested in an hour shift. We will do 1 o’clock, 2, 3, 4, and 5 o’clock shifts.

When: Sept. 23rd, 2p

Where: 5030 Broadway Suite 630

If God: Why Evil?

Reasonable FaithDoes the existence of evil and suffering count as evidence against the existence of God? Does the existence of evil and suffering undermine God’s goodness and omnipotence?

Join a free apologetics conference on June 13th in Franklin Park, NY, to hear several great speakers explore these important questions. Our own Philip Murray, who leads our monthly Reasonable Faith gathering, will be speaking. For all the information and to RSVP, follow THIS LINK.
